The base is located in rural Worcestershire close to the Tardebigge Locks, a flight of 30 canal locks that raise the Birmingham and Worcester Canal over 220 feet. There is a great choice of cruising routes for both novice and experienced boaters. With a selection of boats from 2 to 12 berths and a choice of cruiser or semi-traditional stern finding the right boat to suit you should be easy.

It was a great get away-from-it-all type of holiday. Very good for my eldest son and myself to do things together and rely on each other. I would recommend it to anyone in a similar position with teenage boys. Might be a bit tough for some girls as some of the locks were heavy to wind.
