A family run boatyard, it offers a choice of beautifully furnished and fitted narrowboats, including a 2 berth perfect for couples, with a four poster bed and a whirlpool bath! The family run pub and restaurant on site is an added bonus. An ideal choice to cruise The Pontcysyllte Aqueduct the newly named Unesco World Heritage Site.

Having now had several barge/cruiser holidays, Llangollen Canal was undoubtedly the best. Scenery was fantastic and boat was excellent. Also, unlike most boatyards, at Maestermyn there seemed to be plenty of space to leave your car when on the canal. It was also good that we could park our car right next to the boat when unloading and loading. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
