We took our holiday again with Swancraft with whom we are regular visitors. As always the boat was presented to us in immaculate condition. Swancraft operate a highly effective maintenance regime and we have only had one minor problem in many weeks of hire. This was responded to very promptly with no loss of cruising time. The fleet is fitted out to a very high standard. All boats now have bow thrusters fitted. The standard of customer care at this yard is excellent from the initial welcome through to tuition and boat handover. The yard is particularly flexible and are happy to help in any way that they can. Credits to the boat hire industry.
