Waking up looking out on to Loch Ness can not be beaten! Holidays a float are an excellent way of relaxing, there is so much to see and do and you wake each morning somewhere different.

We loved the whole experience and though brand new to this type of holiday, the initial briefing and driving instruction made us feel much more comfortable. Everyone was incredibly helpful from the ladies who welcomed us to the men who showed us the boat and even the various bridge operators and lock keepers – it was incredible. The sectional map we were given which showed us all the facilities was ideal and well referred to. There are absolutely no complaints we can make, everything went completely to plan and was immensely enjoyable, rest assured we will be back!

The scenery is beautiful and the people working on the canal locks and in the restaurants are very friendly and helpful. The restaurants along the way are good value for money and the food is excellent.
